I think it is good to be able to modify the meta robots tag for each page and content entry (similar feature than meta keywords & meta description edition). This PR should be released with the related PR#220 in the steam project https://github.com/locomotivecms/steam.
PS: The translations has been generated by google translator from spanish, maybe it is not the best way.
